Deep-Drawn Parts:

SteelCo.Tech Delivers Precision Across All Production Volumes

Deep-drawn parts are essential components in countless technical systems — from automotive applications to complex electronic locking systems in residential and commercial buildings. At SteelCo.Tech, we specialize in delivering high-quality deep-drawn parts for a wide range of demanding applications.

Our production capabilities cover small, medium, and large series volumes, ensuring maximum flexibility for our customers. Using step-forming machines with press forces ranging from 125 to 3000 kN and up to 22 forming stages, we can manufacture even the most intricate part geometries. Additionally, we utilize the progressive die process with press forces between 750 and 1250 kN and employ individual presses (650 to 1000 kN) for prototyping and small series production.

Whether it's large-scale efficiency or precision in low-volume runs, SteelCo.Tech ensures consistent quality and cost-effective results across all production stages.

Deep-drawing technology provides numerous advantages to our customers, including:

  • High production speeds
  • Low material consumption
  • Excellent strength-to-weight ratio due to work hardening
  • Outstanding process reliability and repeatability

Compared to machining processes, deep drawing is significantly more economical and often technically superior — especially for thin-walled, complex geometries.

SteelCo.Tech continues to push boundaries in metal forming, offering tailored solutions with exceptional precision, efficiency, and value.
