The SteelCo.Tech site in Großbottwar has been supplying Mauderer Alutechnik GmbH with joints for its ladders and work platforms for many years.

The regular performance of endurance tests ensures the quality of our ladder joint production.

Metal parts have been developed and manufactured at the SteelCo. sites for more than 100 years.

With their many years of experience, our employees support the design and layout of products so that they can be manufactured cost-effectively (either at one of our locations, directly at the customer or by another supplier).

Until now, stamped parts with a specific geometry have been produced for a long-standing customer. In addition to this geometry, the customer now wanted to realise another shape that will soon go into series production.

An innovative project for the development of an effective deburring process for aluminium parts is being launched at the Großbottwar site, which is specifically aimed at eliminating flash burrs.

With two forklifts in the old year and two forklifts in January, a total of four new forklifts have now been put into operation at Temetic.

On February 1, 1914, the Bamberg location of the SteelCo.Tech group of companies was founded as "Neue Metallwarenfabrik Bamberg, Oehlhorn & Kahn offene Handelsgesellschaft".

With its three production sites, the SteelCo.Tech Group is broadly positioned and can produce a wide range of stamped, stamped-bent, formed and deep-drawn parts.

On November 12, 2024, NUKI launched its newest smart lcok with one of our drawn-deep parts on the European market.

At the beginning of October, SteelCo.Tech's Bamberg site commissioned its new cleaning system, which is now in the qualification process.

SteelCo.Tech also offers the short-term production of prototypes in order to reduce the risks and costs of product development and series production.

We have been manufacturing high-quality ladder hinges without hole pattern, with standard hole pattern or customized hole pattern for many years. These are used in standard ladders for discerning private customers as well as in special ladders for business and industry.

In October, the Großbottwar site donated a historic vineyard oven to the museum in the Stiftsscheuer of the Mundelsheim Historical Society.

For a customer in the automotive sector, we have developped an interchangeable insert and designed it in-house. This has now been successfully in use for several weeks.
