Series production of stamped and deep-drawn parts

Metal parts up to a thickness of 6 mm and a size of 4000 mm are produced on 45 machines. For deep drawing, standard depths of up to 85 mm are possible. These parts made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals are used in the automotive industry, the electrical industry, appliance manufacturing and in other areas such as window and furniture production.

Thanks to CP welding and other techniques, assemblies can also be produced in addition to individual parts. Customers benefit from our engineering team, which checks as early as the product development phase whether several production steps, several parts or part families with tools and tool inserts as well as other production technologies can be realized. This enables us to provide you with economical, route- and time-saving solutions in metal.
