Protecting Performance:

For more than a decade, OEKATECH has been manufacturing protective housings for ABS sensors used in commercial vehicles for Knorr-Bremse. These components play a critical role in measuring wheel speed at each axle, while also shielding the sensor from environmental influences to ensure reliable operation.

Discussions about a new generation of the housing began some time ago, and the first prototypes were commissioned in 2023. As with the current version, the updated series will include two variants: one designed for radially mounted sensors and another for axially mounted sensors.

The pre-series is currently in coordination, and series production is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2025.
