SteelCo.Tech Unites Leading Metal Processors

to Deliver Cost-Efficient, High-Quality Parts

SteelCo.Tech has emerged as a dynamic force in the metalworking industry, bringing together top-tier metal processing companies to create powerful synergies and expand manufacturing capacity. The result is a streamlined, cost-effective solution for producing high-quality metal components.

Expertise Across the Value Chain

SteelCo.Tech specializes in the development and series production of stamped parts, stamped-bent parts, formed components, and deep-drawn parts. The company also offers comprehensive solutions involving complex assemblies, modules, and advanced processing of metal parts. One of its standout capabilities is the rapid relocation of production tools to any SteelCo.Tech site, ensuring a swift transition into series manufacturing.

End-to-End Services

The group offers a wide range of services, including:

  • Engineering support to optimize components and develop efficient tooling.
  • Prototyping services, from design to manufacturing, also available for third-party series production.
  • Toolmaking, including the design and creation of tools for both in-house and external use.
  • Tool optimization, focusing on design and performance improvements, including pressing and refurbishment—again, available to external partners.

Impressive Scale and Capabilities

With over 200 million parts produced annually in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals, SteelCo.Tech demonstrates a formidable industrial presence. The group manages the sourcing and engineering of several dozen tools each year and has the capacity to relocate up to 20 tools annually to its own facilities.

Strategic Growth Through Acquisition

SteelCo.Tech was formed through the collaboration of three highly experienced metalworking companies. Together, they offer a comprehensive, one-stop solution for components and assemblies, combining speed, flexibility, and innovation in prototyping, tooling, and (semi-)automated series production. As part of its long-term strategy, the company is pursuing a "buy and build" approach, actively acquiring additional companies to fuel its continued growth.
