Ladder hinges: Our product ranch
We have been manufacturing high-quality ladder hinges without hole pattern, with standard hole pattern or customized hole pattern for many years. These are used in standard ladders for discerning private customers as well as in special ladders for business and industry.
The B44 product range is suitable for ladders up to a length of 4.7 meters and is used by our customers for multi-purpose ladders, multi-purpose ladders as well as stepladders and single ladders. Some of the advantages:
- Easy installation thanks to insertion chamfers and stop nubs
- Safe assembly thanks to unmistakable symbols on each joint (trestle, scaffolding, 180°)
- Well-known in various retail chains
Thanks to our patented caulking technology, we can also offer you an optional form-fit connection, which has several advantages over classic riveting or screwing.
We also offer the R96 product range for more demanding requirements; ladder lengths of up to 6.5 metres can also be realised here. Thanks to the closed switching mechanism, the joint is less susceptible to dirt and the angle position can also be used as a movable block to enable positions between 0-35° without locking.
All products have a high quality standard thanks to precise manufacturing, are subject to a 100% functional test and regular continuous switching tests for each production batch.
