Optimization of machinery: New cleaning system at the Bamberg site

The old cleaning system, which had been in use since 2002, will continue to be used during the transition period, but will be replaced by a more sustainable model. The choice fell on a Hösel cleaning system with up to three tanks, which in future will be able to carry out even higher quality final cleaning of parts before dispatch to the customer. This system uses a more environmentally friendly cleaning agent that effectively removes oil and other contaminants from stainless steel, steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals. 

In recent weeks, the tests carried out at the measuring stations have consistently delivered the expected results, meaning that the qualification of the new system has already begun. Final coordination with customers is already underway or is now pending.
