New exhibit in the museum

The site can look back on a long tradition in metal processing and used to produce vineyard ovens under different company names. These ovens were used to protect the vines from frost at night and thus prevent harvest losses. Until the middle of the 20th century, winegrowers in the region used numerous such ovens, which were set up at regular intervals.

With this donation, the museum, which opened in 2003, has now added another exhibit to its exhibition on the centuries-long tradition of viticulture.
