Tool relocation: Quick and easy

With over 45 presses and a stroke of 12.5 to 1000 tonnes, numerous parts can be produced to order in various sizes and geometries. Stamped and formed parts can be up to 4000 mm wide and deep-drawn parts can be extended up to 170 mm.

Manufacutring processes like riveting as well as assemblies and complete assemblies have also been part of our expertise for many years. This means that further process steps can be relocated for several days, months or even longer if necessary.

It goes without saying that our experienced toolmakers check the tool before series production. Thanks to our well-coordinated processes in storage, production and toolmaking, any cleaning work, minor repairs or even a complete refurbishment can be carried out very quickly in-house.
